BIO

I am a self-taught, multidisciplinary artist working in oil, watercolour, and alcohol inks. My journey with paint truly began in 2014, when I discovered oil painting, a medium that reshaped how I see and interpret the world.

Since then, I’ve been teaching and sharing my craft at the Senior Centers in Sault Ste. Marie, where creativity, curiosity, and community come together.

Beyond painting, I instruct a wide range of artistic disciplines, including oil and watercolour techniques, alcohol inks, wood burning, blackwork and ribbon embroidery, Bunka, card making, and more, both in Senior Centers and in small, welcoming house-party settings.

Teaching is at the heart of my practice. Connecting with others, encouraging creative confidence, and watching people surprise themselves with what they can create continually fuels my own artistic growth.

To stay sharp and inspired, I regularly attend a local life-drawing group and value the camaraderie of fellow artists who generously share their skills, insight, and passion.
